The Goodwill Tenor

The People of Home is an organization founded by tenor Luciano Lamonarca due to his relentless support to numerous not for profit organizations and charitable missions throughout his artistic career.

He believes that the definition of “The People of Hope” embraces all those who are determined and have the tools to inspire others to daily acts of kindness. From that universal striving to kindness, hope springs as a by-product, hope for a better world, a better future, a better humanity.

The People of Hope creates a unique platform – an anchor of original and impactful charitable initiatives and community projects – supported by people of true talent and success, who wish to influence and bring hope in the lives of others.

Luciano is a strong believer in charity and helping others. His nickname “The Goodwill Tenor” well presents the passion and faith that he brings via his charitable work, especially through singing and the arts. Because he believes to have received so much in his life, Luciano poured himself into the work of the two foundations he founded: the Saint Pio Foundation, and The People of Hope.

MISSION

The Saint Pio Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization that promotes the knowledge of and devotion to Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, known also as Padre Pio, one of the most venerated contemporary saints of the Catholic Church.

VISION

The Saint Pio Foundation works with institutions and individuals that share the same vision to serve those in need of relief of suffering and that seek to alleviate the physical and emotional hunger of the underserved in a dignified and supportive manner. This includes providing spiritual, physical, and emotional nourishment.

In achieving its mission, the foundation focuses on three primary areas: education, hunger, and spirituality.
